Summer Surprise Smoothie
A lovely cold smoothie made with summer fruits.
Ingredients

100g
1 medium banana sliced and placed in freezer overnight.

200g
Ripe strawberries

200g
Ripe raspberries or blackberries

200ml
Unsweetened orange juice
Special Equipment
Special equipment: blender or Food Processor.
Method
1. Place the frozen banana and all the other fruit with the orange juice into a blender, or food processor.
2. Blitz to a creamy, frothy consistency
3. Pour into glasses
4. Decorate with two straws and some fresh fruit.
