Preparing for alli
The alli programme encourages steady and gradual weight loss, so before you start taking the capsules, you may want to make some changes to your eating and activity habits.
So, five or so days in advance of taking your first capsule, set your calorie and fat targets using the alli targets calculator. You can then begin your reduced calorie, lower-fat diet to give your body some time to adjust to your new eating habits.
